Lower Merion School District, located in Ardmore, Is looking for an HR Manager. Qualifications are:
Master's Degree or Juris Doctor; specific training and experience in HR Administration, Labor
Relations and Employment Law required. Demonstrated experience in recruiting talent,
benefit administration, and budgeting required. Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated
ability to interact effectively with the public, board members, administrators, teachers, support staff
and applicants. Leadership competencies in
working with a team of six (6) HR professionals in the office. Ability to apply mathematical and
statistical concepts to staffing models. Proficient in technology including Microsoft Applications.
Demonstrated knowledge/expertise in HR Software including position control, preferred. This is a 12
